Gift Vouchers : New in store gift vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase.
A hard copy voucher will be mailed out containing a unique code to be entered at checkout.
Any amount can be created for you, so if you know which item it is for I can make the voucher to the exact amount and you needn't then worry about left over credit etc.
Refunds/Exchanges : We are happy to refund an unused item if returned with all of it's original packaging in tact within seven days of receiving. Cost of return postage is at buyer's expense.
Refunds and exchanges will be honoured if any item is found to be faulty.
No other refunds or exchanges are accepted.
